Q. "Do you like teaching here so far?"

A. "Yes, I have a very good class and everyone is helping me adjust. I used to substitute here when a teacher was on maternity leave. So when they needed a teacher I pushed really hard to get this job, I really like this school!"

Q. "How are you adjusting to the new school?"

A. "Very well, everyone is giving me advice and tips about what goes on here. I also just moved here permanently so I'm also adjusting to the new town. Everyone has been very welcoming though."

Q. "Where did you move from? Were you a teacher there also?"

A. "I just moved here from Cape Girardeau, Missouri. I was also a teacher there, I taught Second and Sixth grade."

Q. "So its not a very big jump in grades?"

A. "No, and like I said I have a very good class so they make it easy."
